Tuition and Fees Details
- Tuition amount covers four years for the doctoral program. Students who continue in the degree program longer that 48 months pay research extension tuition monthly.
- Tuitions amount shown above covers three monthly payment options for the Masters program: $360 for 24 months, $480 for 18 months, or $720 for 12 months.
- Fees and Tuition are subject to change based on annual cost of living index.
Secured Tuition Endowment Program (STEP)
Oxford Graduate School's Secured Tuition Endowment Program (STEP) is a tuition grant based on family income. If you qualify, you can reduce your monthly tuition payments by as much as 20%. The STEP program is designed to assist you with the management of educational costs during an academic program. The following steps are required to apply for a STEP grant:
- Upon submission of an application a prospective student may also submit a Secured Tuition Endowment Program (STEP) application.
- Annual taxable family income must be submitted to process the application.
- A financial aid officer may award a STEP Studentship or Loan of up to $4,680 to a DPhil student and $1,425 to a MLitt student.
- All STEP stipends are contingent on tuition payments. If a payment is received more than 30 days past the due date, the STEP stipend for that month is forfeited and that dollar amount is included in the student's account to be paid before graduation.
- As long as the student remains current with monthly payments, the STEP stipend is available.
- All tuition must be paid in full before graduation.
